This is just an example of how I ship most of my shoes. 99 percent I send them double boxed. Or a shoe box in a box. I find this not only easiest way to mail but the shoes arrive fresh and clean. You wont have to worry about finding a ball of bubble wrap on your door steps or you shoes stuffed in a Priority mail bag. Or the the famous tape the shoe box and write the address on the lid. Amateurs I say. Examples of how I've received eBay items in the past.
If your gonna drop $200 on kicks at least package them right.
